College Performance Program

College Performance Program

The College Performance Program (CPP) is a structured off-season training environment for current college hockey players or players HS graduate and have committed to a college who want to train at pace and prepare for the next season. Kyle Crable will be leading and running the college performance.

This is not an open skate or a skills clinic. It’s organized, competitive training built for players who already understand the game and want high-quality reps in a professional environment.

Note: Players must email Kyle at kyle@mnsteelhockey.com prior to registering to receive password to be able to register. We want to ensure only current college hockey players or college commits are able to attend. This is not open to anyone.

What This Program Is

  • High-tempo, organized on-ice training

  • Game-speed execution and decision-making

  • Conditioning built into hockey-specific reps

  • Small-area games and competitive situations

  • Skill Development

  • Minimal talk, maximum reps

If you’re looking for structure, pace, and accountability in the off-season, this is the environment.

Training Standard
